New Apple iPod classic 120GB - Black

Bought as an upgrade, and it was., 2008-12-29
I bought the ipod classic 120gb as an upgrade from my 8gb nano and i am truly happy that i did.

Even with standard ipod earphones the sound clarity is instantly a noticable upgrade, seemed alot smoother and more controlled than the previous nano.

I bought the classic to widen my music collection as i had filled my 8gb nano and now my music collection is like "peeing in a pond" in comparison, even with my photo collection and a number of music videos the classic has bundles of room left over.

Size wise it is abit bigger than what i was used to but is fairly lightweight and not noticable when in your pocket.

The only "gripe" i have is that the scroller wheel can seem a little unresponsive sometimes but is not a major concern for me as the ipod lives mostly in my car operated from my stereo.

Overall a good little piece of kit and i am very happy i opted for this model.

I got this ipod to use as a stereo in a docking system for the kitchen.I think its brilliant.Its very stylish looking and alot of fun to use.I found it very easy to get up and running which i was slightly worried about but it was made easy by apple.Ive given this ipod 5 stars because for what i want it for its brilliant.

This is an amazing ipod i love it, its so quick to find the music you want! The only thats bad is itunes everything is quite overpriced but i'm sure soon that they'll sort that out i hope. But I gave it 5 stars because i'm reviewing the ipod not itunes. I bought dodgeball the movie for this and its really good apart from it cuts off at the sides. My reccomendation is that you should buy films and tv episodes that are in the sale. the cover flow that they've added is really really quick for finding music.

I had a bit of trouoble finding a docking station that worked with this but in the end i found the gear4 street party 3 which i got in the sale so i love this ipod. The only thing is though is the ipod sight allows you to get it in red and you can get some words engraved on the back. i went for this option even though it a tenner xtra its up to you now hoped you liked the review!

Queen of iPods, 2009-01-03
I bit the bullet and bought the 16gb iPod touch which arrived last week. I am a bit of a gadget freak so it was unsurprising that I would eventually buy myself this new addition to the iPod family and am I thrilled? YES! I am. Now wondering what to do with the Blackberry. Since I spend time overseas the idea of having free email and internet access was a huge plus but then having pretty much all my music on tap and being able to access the Apple store whilst on the move pretty much clinched it for me. If there is one small almost insignificant gripe it would be that the 'Genius' facility tends to work best if your musical taste is less diverse than mine. When I pick a song, my Genius fails to compile a playlist because of a lack of similar tracks...aside from that, buy one, it's fab!

Best ever value nano, 2008-11-29
This nano has had some vast improvements from the first generation all those years back. The screen has enlarged, and is very good. The colours and clarity is exceptional for something this small. It is a lot thinner, less than 1cm, and has a nice curved shape. It has a new feature not before seen on the nano, let alone any ipod, and this is a shaking the ipod to change track. The genius software is very good and I find very useful and selects suitable matches for my music library. Also, new with this generation is the accelerometer built in. This allows you to turn the ipod on its side to watch video. The price is very good, but is still expensive for its capacity. However, this is made up for in superb free software that is very easy to use and master. Also, this is by far, the most accessory orrientated MP3/4 player. However saying this; some of the new generation ipods including this one don't work on old docking stations. You may want to be aware of this if you intend to use old accesories.

Got the 32gb for chritmas and i love it. It is my second ipod and by far the best of any of the ones i have used. Excellent!!

I saw this ipod and fell in love with it i really think it is ***** It has a bigger screen than the other nano. I liked the games and the fact that the ipod arranged songs into playlists for you although you need a itunes account overall a great buy.

Apple iPod Shuffle 1GB - Silver

My husband bought me this ipod shuffle as a gift for when I travel to India for 3 weeks in the New Year. I have never had an Mp3 player before but I have to say considering the size etc; the sound is superb, I only want it to listen to music if I'm bored or travelling. I bought the adaptor plug from the Amazon site so I don't even need to be near a PC to charge it up! I haven't really tried the earphones out properly yet but I've used them in my laptop whilst downloading music and considering these type don't normally stay in my ears they've done well so far, I'll have to see what they're like 'on the move'! I agree with all the others who say great bit of kit for little money!!

I recently bought this and it arrived in 2 days- great (:
I upgraded from the old white nano, which seemed out of date and wasnt working any more. This product is a great buy, works wonderfully.
If wanting to add videos to it, id recommend buying them off itunes as the picture is much clearer than downloading them off limewire or watever.
The games are pretty cool, colour on the ipod is great and its a nice little piece of equiptment. I recently bought pink earphones to go with it, id reccommend to stick with the white ones that come with the item they look much better and play better sound.However, the old ipods sound is much louder, but i guess this will do, i'll just have 2 buy some speakers :D

iPod Nano 8GB Silver, 2008-12-24
After losing my beloved iPod by accidently immersing it in water I was in the market for a new one.

My original 4GB 2nd generation Nano cost £80 about a year ago so I thought this one was good value for money.

It has a lot of features my original didn't and I can't stop showing it off!

I'm so glad I bought it!
