Exactly what I needed, 2010-08-30
I bought this as a handy memory card reader for my laptop. So many 'All-in-one' readers are too big or poor quality and I just needed a neat little card reader for the couple of memory sticks I have for my camera. This fits the bill perfectly and seems to be very good quality. My only quibble is that it is a little wide and blocks my other USB port when plugged in.

I bought these in 2007 when they first came out and I needed large space cards at extreme low temperature and found them brilliant. I've now moved on to the 4GB size so that I can store even more photos without having to transfer. If you're concerned that you might run out of image space go for the 4GB but if you're concerned that you might loose the card then stick with this one.

Words cannot descibe the speed of this memory card! I use it with my Canon EOS 350D and the performance is absolutely exceptional. With regards to capturing photos, flicking through them afterwards and transferring them onto my computer the speed is bordering on supersonic. An absolutely fantastic card recommended for professional photographer or keen hobbyist (like me).
