Comment: The product shipped by FoneM8store is not the same one that is pictured here. Itdoes not plug into your sync adapter but instead connects directly to your Zen. The Zen does not detect that you have plugged an AV cable into it. Overall this FoneM8store product does not work - DO NOT BUY IT. I returned the product and FoneM8store gave me a full refund (including original p+p).

Comment: The kit supplied is NOT Creative Zen M, does NOT work and it is an absolute disgrace that this is supplied to us via Amazon when it has been marketed as an official (and working) Creative product.

Comment: I first bought one of these from FoneM8store and found like other people here that it is a fake. It didn't look the same as the picture and it didn't work. I then purchased it again from Findmemory. That supplier said it was genuine and it is and it works really well. Just make sure the seller claims it is genuine if you don't want to waste money!

Comment: BEWARE: I purchased the cable from Techsplosion, through the Amazon.co.uk Marketplace, and the product was not as per the advert. As other buyers have noted, the cable was a cheap and nasty affair which will never work with the Creative Zen Vision M because it is not designed to.
The cable was out of the packaging for 3 minutes before I realised the mistake. I am now returning it and in the future will think twice before purchasing what is seemingly a bargain because it may well turn out to be the wrong product. Sort it out Amazon!!

Comment: I was very pleased when i found my delivery this morning. Unfortunately when i opened the package i found not the official cable as is shown but a 3rd party cable. Not only am i disappointed to a 3rd party product but it doesn't even work. My son has tried it in 2 tvs and also a dvd/hd recorder in which they shuld all work but we have no luck, not even the screen turning black in confirmation of a signal. Because the other reviews mention the official method of plugging in via the adapter i can only surmise that mine came through a different sender.
