Problems quickly solved, 2009-07-02
The intial product sent would not hold a charge for more than 48 hours. The supplier when contacted asked me to return it. I posted the faulty unit on a Tuesday recorded delivery. Expecting not to receive any news for at least a week or more while the supplier tested the unit I sent back imagine my surprise and delight to receive a replacement on the Friday of the same week.
In todays climate I would call this excellent service and would like to congratulate the supplier on this.

Well, what can I say? I've had this for 2 and a half years, it still works and is in almost perfect condition, apart from a few scratches! It has survived being accidentally thrown against walls and dropped in puddles, and with a decent pair of headphones can still produce a sound of real quality. It also has more than enough space for all the music I've accumulated over the years! People say iPods are flimsy and overrated, but if you take good care of it they will stay doing their jobs for many years. I'm very glad I bought this instead of another mp3 player!

The product was as expected - Perfect in every way. I am going away for a few months and my iPod will be my main source of entertainment and so far (pre-departure) it has kept me happy.
The capacity is perfect.

Don't get an iPod! They are highly overated and more often than not are owned as status symbols. I switched from iPod to sony after about 8 months because I was tired of having to buy downloads from itunes that my sister had already downloaded from virgin media which are compatable with practically all makes of mp3 player except for iPod. There are loads of alternatives out there that dont get enough recognition, are cheaper and do EXACTLY the same thing (Except are compatible with so many more download sites)!!!!
Second hand ipod, 2009-09-06
This item arrived on time and was in good condition. I have put our music on it and it is working well.
