The money was taken but no product arrived. Calls to Amazon and the vendor were useless. Eventually I had to make a claim and my money was returned. Amazon did not help. They just gave me the number of the vendor and told me to get on with it. Eventually I paid a little more for the card from John Lewis. But at leats I have it.

bought this a little while ago to put in my garmin nuvi sat nav, so i could update the maps, because my old sd card was full, and the response i now get is about ten times faster, i actualy get to know when a turn is coming up BEFORE i get to it giving me plenty of time to re-act, can recomend.

Does what it says in the blurb. Works well with my Panasonic Lumix TZ-10 digital camera stills/video. Don't go for one with lesser specification.

In case this info is of value to anyone, I found typical write speeds with multiple files to be around 6-9 MB/s, read speeds around 12-16 MB/s.

For example, writing 167 jpegs totalling 579MB took 66 seconds - 8.77MB/s.
Reading them back took 40 seconds - 14.47 MB/s

Larger files are of course faster:

Writing a single 142MB exe took 12 seconds - 11.83 MB/s.
Reading it back took 6 seconds - 23.66 MB/s

That compares well with real-world speeds I've found with other cards, so I'm a happy customer.

I'm a photographer and use my Canon 550D for both Images and HD movies, so I needed the speed that this card provides. I bought 2 and they have performed excellently. There have been no recording issues and transferring files to my computer is quick and efficient.

I bought a Kingston Media Reader - Card reader - 19 in 1 ( CF I, CF II, Memory Stick, MS PRO, MMC, SD, MS Duo, MS PRO Duo, miniSD, RS-MMC, MMCmobile, microSD, MMCmicro, SDHC, miniSDHC, MS Micro, microSDHC ) - Hi-Speed USB to use with this and they work very well together.

Sandisc are a very trustworthy brand, and this card provides great quality and price.
