Bought this item a few weeks ago and found that it works very well with Amazon download software. It does not pretend to be an Ipod, if I wanted that quality level I would have paid the extra £100. What I have found is that when used with a JBL docking station the sound quality is excellent. It is ideal as a travel companion and, worse case scenario, if lost or stolen, it is hardly the end of the world @£26. Well pleased with this purchase. Also I omitted to select my choice of colour with the original order, company contacted me soonest and problem was resolved and item despatched. I've had my Zen for a good 2-3 years and I love it. Firstly it looks great and has a fantastic price. Secondly it is SOOO easy to use. Sticking my music on has never been easier.

Finally, being able to watch videos is easy. The player comes with video conversion software so often I will rip DVDs from my collection before converting them to watch on my player during my commute. Incidentally, you can actually download programs from BBC iplayer onto the MP3 player as they are compatible. You can't do that if you have an Ipod. No conversion is necessary.

It has frozen on me just once, still has a good battery life and the external slot means I can have audio books on there and they don't get mixed up with my music. Absolutely brilliant. I love it to bits. High Quality, good value, reliable.

After spending many weeks reading reviews on different MP3's, I decided to purchase the Sandisk 2GB Sansa...A fantastic bit of kit and well worth the money, sound is brilliant, although you do need to go into the settings menu to increase the volume (something to do with EU regulations, but there is a description on how to do it in the discussions section for this product)...Earphones are really good, although a little to large for my ears as they keep falling out when i'm in the gym..but again a minor inconvenience..My only gripe with this product is the packaging, it's nigh on impossible to open the blister pack, so had to resort to scissors to get through the plastic...all in all i'm well pleased with this player and would definitely consider another

Purchased for my 6 year old daughter whose main aim in life is to test the product durability. The last portable did not last a week! She has had this for a month now and it looks as if it might well last a bit longer - simple to use and sturdy. The quality is ok but quite frankly my daughter just wants to turn the volume up, dance with her little brother and 'scream' along - who cares!! It does the trick excellently and is highly recommended for this use.

I needed an new MP3 player as my iPod didn't survive a spin in the washing machine....it was only 30 minutes at 30 degrees for heavens sake! Anyhow, I read so many of the reviews for this little player I just had to buy it, even though I'd never heard of it before.

I absolutely love it! Apart from the fact that it's really stylish and feels so good in the hands, it does so much more than the iPod. The fact that it isn't tied in to iTunes is a big plus, and it's so easy to download music etc using Windows. Although I haven't yet needed to use the epxnadable memory, it's there for when I do so I don't have to choose which music to delete. The sound quality is fantastic...much better than the iPod.
This really is a winner and excellent value the money. Oh - it even comes with a little protective cover.
