i bought this camera last summer to go on holiday to the south of france and it did not disappoint at all! for the price, the photos it took came out great! have since upgraded to a much more expensive camera but would recommend this camera to anyone looking for a cheap, versatile and great quality camera!

This camera take great photos even in difficult conditions. I found it easy to use without using the manual and the battery seems to last forever so I never missed taking any photos on a recent holiday. What it does badly is to record extremely low volume sound levels at a low resolution for video. The recorded sound level is at such a low level that I stopped using the video option altogether.

I have just used this camera on my holiday. Easy to use,The screen is a good size ,The face detection i did not use much but will probably later. battery life excellent, didnt need recharging all holiday.
