Great but don't look at the "on" light, 2010-07-13
Just got this for work and it's a great screen - no reflections from overhead office lights, easy set up - just plugged it into my laptop and it worked. The only downside is the LED to tell you it's on which is really bright blue - I've had to cover it to stop it distracting me. Other than that it's a great monitor.

One dead pixel in the corner, but I can live with that.
LCD screens are still inferior to CRT monitors, but take up a lot less room.
This unit seems to do what it says on the box, and I would have to say it's good value.

Great product lousy delivery and customer service, 2010-08-11
I ordered the screen on 7th July, with an estimated (free) delivery of 3 - 5 working days. When I checked the account a week later, it said they had tried to deliver it on the Saturday (without leaving a card) and would try again. Mmm. Suspicious.

Another week. I complained to Amazon who sent an e-mail saying they had authorised delivery the next day, and giving a phone number for the delivery people. Three more days. Rang delivery people,. They said they'd deliver the next day. More time. contacted Amazon again. More time. Contacted delivery people again,. Each time told it would be delivered the next day.

Finally Amazon talked to the delivery people who said they couldn't find it. Amazon then re-ordered for me and sent the new one via a different company. They said because of the delay I'd experienced they would give me 'free' next day delivery.

So it finally arrived on the 3rd August. 27 days. Thanks a bundle for the 'free' next day delivery, Amazon, I'd much rather have had the free 3 - 5 days delivery I was promised in the first place, that would have saved over three weeks. Or how about something to compensate for the cost of all the phone calls?

Oh yeah. Nice screen. Does the job. Good value. Recommended. But you might want to buy it from somewhere else.
