These speakers have a good sound quality.
Great bass and a almost clinically clean treble
They are easy to set up provided you can work out the ones with the volume control go on the right hand side.
I have been using them for the past two months without any problems.
They have a futuristic appearance, might be a little expensive but I think they are worth it.
Highly recommended.

I bought the Soundsticks II to accompany my new iMac and wow, what an improvement over my previous Logitech speakers. The sound is so crisp and the bass is pretty impressive and to top it all off, they look amazing!

I have just replaced my Logitech sub-woofer and speakers for the Harman Kardon Soundsticks. Was a little concerned about the comments regarding heavy on the bass. Don't even worry, what a fabulous sound, thank goodness I don't have near neighbours. The volume range is huge.... and it doesn't distort! They certainly grace my graphic design studio, look great alongside the macs, as indeed they would in any room in a house. Definitely make sure the sub-woofer is under the desk, the sound is much improved. Love the blue glow! 10 of 10, wish I had found them years ago.

As everybody else says, these speakers look fantastic and sound amazing for what they are: a desk-based computer sound system. As you would expect looking at the small tweeters and massive woofer, you get a lot of bass and a lot of top-end, but the mid is a little lacking. However, if you take the top end down with an equaliser (such as is standard in iTunes) and position the sub unit carefully with the correct level, an excellent overall sound stage can be obtained. If you position the sub unit on the desk (where it looks sooo good), the sound is way too boomy. The ideal place is on the floor, on carpet, under the desk, as the manual recommends - funnily enough!
Highly recommended and far better than all the many other products out there, IMHO, at any price.
