This is a great camera. You've got so many options. Picture is taken as soon as you press the button, as opposed to the multitude of cameras where there is a serious delay between pressing the button and capturing the picture. The macro function for close-ups is great as well as the superzoom. This is a very versatile camera. I paid 250 pounds for this camera and that makes it the best deal in the market!

I had a year old Minolta Z2 which was stolen. I had been so happy with the camera that I decided to replace it with the Z6 as the prices have come down compared to a year ago.

You will not be disappointed - 12x optical zoom is wonderful and 6 megapixels - what more could you want? And all for a very reasonable price.

You will need to invest in a much bigger memory card than the one supplied if you want more than a few pictures at a time.
