the picture quality is good but use the best setting with care because you will not i repeat will not be printing many pictures because youre cartridge will run out of ink

Learning from my mistakes., 2010-07-01
Given that I have destroyed two previous printers after having been seduced by the low price of refilled/reconditioned cartridges, I NEVER envisaged seeing myself buy them again.
But, I did. Encouraged by being made redundant and the promise of a 50% saving, I clicked on the 'Buy It Now' button and hoped for the best. It became evident after a very short time that I would never be getting anything from this cartridge other than a wholly-inadequate pale blue and white print. The seller was happy to exchange it. But, the second fared no better. So, I bit the bullet and purchased a (by far the cheapest) genuine cartridge from Amazon. And I will NOT go back to the generic. At least not for my expensive dedicated HP photo printer.
