I have this Sony V300 headphone for 3 years now and I love it, the sound quality just excellent, so good compared to other smaller headphones.
I am into all sort of music (RnB, slow, rock, electric) and it handles all very well, treble is so clear and clean, the bass just so nice, deep and plenty of power. I have demo a few Bose headphones in Regent Street-london and Ohh no no, i am not going to waste £120 for the Bose, Bose looks nicer but sound quality is not as good as this 1 not too mention the price.
For 3 years and still going well, the more I use it the more I love it. If you want large headphone then this is the 1 to go for.

Work a treat, unfortunately I have nothing to compare them to, but i would recommend as a middle of the road product suitable for general use. If you are looking for pure quality I'm sure there would be something suitable out there at a greater expense.

I bought these mostly because I didn't want to spend too much on a pair for some home recording through my Zoom R16.

They're fairly comfortable and work fine recording acoustic guitar via an external mic through the multitrack, however they don't cope well when an electric guitar is plugged in. But what can you expect for the price? just wanted to post some of my experiences incase anyone else was thinking of using these to record.

As for mp3 playback they are great, in all honesty I don't think you'll notice much difference until you get into the high price range as far as quality goes, they block sound well, can cope with more than adequate volume levels.

Recommended for personal listening but for audio production most definitely not.

Product as described, quite comfortable although not for extended periods, noise reduction as expected. Good quality product.

I've had over ear headphones before, but these are the best by far. Although they don't claim to be noise-cancelling, they do block out most everyday sounds. They are extremely comfortable to wear for extended periods, and the sound is warm and crystal clear. Having recently been given an Ipod Nano, I now envisage many happy hours listening to all the music I've downloaded!
