  Great sound, poor picture, 2005-12-09
Comment: The sound quality of this TV is very good, but the picture let this TV down. The screen looked fine from a distance (say over 3 metres), but getting any closer, then you could see quality problems to the point where you simply couldn't/didn't want to watch it.
In short, if you want a good picture save your money for a better quality unit, otherwise if all you want is a cheap LCD TV that looks and sounds good from afar then this is a good buy for you.

Comment: Top quality and Brand name TV for the price of an unknown Brand. Amazon price was at least £30.00 less than I could find elsewhere on the Net.Delivery was rapid via DHL.Picture quality, and ease of use, excellent. Very simple Menu system, you do not need the instruction booklet!!. Once again Amazon have come up "Trumps".
Decent product - slightly dated, 2005-11-16
Comment: This is a good lcd screen with a number of useful features - bass boost (but only a bit), surround sound (but from a very narrow source), nicam, teletext etc. Setup is dead easy and takes about 3 minutes to scan UK channels and gets them in the right order without any problem. Video and Freeview box interface immediately and certainly no problems there.The only reservation I have is that old problem of lcd display lag - pixel drag or whatever you want to call it. Remember the early days of lcd/tft screens for your computer and how with movement there was a trail on the screen, now overcome by faster switching rates on more recent models. Unfortunately, this screen is affected by what should now be an historical problem, even at this excellent price. Any rapid movement has a slight blur to it, even just someone turning their head. It's not mega, but it's there. However, as a second telly for the bedroom and for the price this is only a minor niggle - oh, plus the fact I now can't put my freeview box on top of the telly!

Comment: Switch on and plug and play works perfectly, excellent picture on terrestrial, brilliant picture on digital terrestrial, teletex crisp and clear. Plugged in digital camera and the results were as good as a pc monitor. This tv must be one of the bargains of the year. By the way Amazon's service was faultless as usual.
