 Perfect, 2009-10-19
This is our 3rd Sony TV. We have been more than happy with them all. The picture on this one is perfect and we are very happy with all asspects of it. Could not fault Amzon's service it arrived even before the day they set for dispatch. Plus it was very easy to set up.

I believed everything on Amazon reviews and was really pleased, 2010-01-13
We always promised ourselves that we would never have a TV in the kitchen.
But, the time came and I researched Amazon and others and decided it was the one.
Picture quality is brilliant, sound is awesome even when the kids are screaming.
If you need a telly for a kitchen or smaller space, you can really do no better than this....
We are well pleased

Nothing i can actually say wrong with this, first off its a 'sony' so very reliable, it has a very nice colour, perfect size for my little room, and a very good price compared to other sellers. I have had no problems so far in 1 1/2 years

HAVE HAD THIS TELEVISION FOR A YEAR NOW WITH NO PROBLEMS,WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THIS MODEL,BUT IN HINDSIGHT SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT 32". BUT STILL VERY SATISFIED, BILL.

Brilliant TV!, 2010-08-21
Had this TV for 2 years now and can't fault it! Great for watching sport and films with no jerkyness. Channels change quickly, has an excellent EPG, great sound. best thing I've bought in ages.

once you master the instruction book its great!, 2009-03-15
After a lot of online research we chose this TV as it had good reviews for excellent picture quality and they weren't wrong! We bought it together with the reasonably priced 5.1 surround system, DAV DZ260Sony DAV-DZ260 - 5.1 ch - DVD Home Cinema System - Black, and they make a beautiful couple. We also have SkyHD and the picture is great using just a cheap HDMI cable. I'm no expert so getting to grips with the instruction book has been a work in progress but we now have it set up as we want it and we're enjoying every viewing minute of it.

Sony come up trumps again !, 2010-02-08
I bought a little know branded 19" tv from a shop only to find that when I hooked it up the sound was unbelievably tinny. We tried to ignore this but after only two days of trying the wife and I had had enough and it had to go back.
Scouring through the internet, researching the numerous brands and models & reviews I seemed to return to those on Sony which were predominantly favourable. I could have kicked myself for not settling with this to begin with as most if not all our other audio & visual goods are Sony anyway.
When I hooked this small tv up, I was astonished by the quality of sound,much richer/fuller than you would expect for it's size, the picture is sharp with true colours and much scope to play with. As it's a bedroom tv we needed a remote control that would be easy to use and this fits the bill perfectly, the buttons are arranged logically and uncluttered but as an only gripe it would have been more preferable if the sleep button was placed on it's own rather than part of a menu with other functions (those who use it as often as me will know what I'm talking about)
I must also add that Amazons service is second to none, I have used them a few times before, the service is always quick, well packaged and the price always more favourable than the high street.

Simply the best purchase I have ever made including my Ford Focus, which I love as my baby!
Come on you know, what you pay for with a Sony TV, yes it costs a little extra than anything else, but come on you don't mess with a Sony product.
Well worth the price, 10 out of 10 for everything, in book simply the best!!!

does exacly what i says on the box, 2010-01-07
did a lot of research on tv's and i am glad i chose this one! its a refurbished model and so far there is absolutely nothing wrong with it! the picture quality is outstanding even just freeview seems near hd! the sound is by far the best ive heard on a flatscreen! I have a 42" toshiba in my front room and the sound on that is awful in comparison.
its easy to set up, easy to use, and i dont know what everyone is complaining about the banner for, it is not on for long and the picture quality does not change when it goes off! it can be a little slow changing channels on occasions when u press the channel up button quickly so ive opted to use the tv guide and select channels that way instead.
overall fantastic tv would recommend to anyone!
delivery was good too it arrived about 4 days before the estimated delivery time
